摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the incidence rate and influencing factors of osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods:Databases such as the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web Of Science,EMbase,Sinomed,CNKI,Wanfang Data, and VIP were searched by computer to screen out observational studies on osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients. The search time was from the establishment of each database to November 2024.After screening the literatures, extracting the data, and evaluating the quality of the literatures,STATA 18 software was used for relevant analysis. Results:A total of 32 papers were included, involving 7 080 research subjects. Results of the Meta-analysis showed that the incidence rate of osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 40.4%[95%CI(36.4%-44.5%)],and factors such as age, disease course, female gender,BMI,Sharp score, and ESR were all the influencing factors. Conclusion:The current evidence shows that the incidence rate of osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients is relatively high and is affected by multiple factors. However, due to the limitations of the number and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions still need to be verified by more high-quality studies.关键词
