"浊毒理论"与"病-证-镜"合参辨析胃"炎-癌"病机转化思路
Distinguishing the pathogenesis of gastric inflammation transforming into gastric cancer based on the combination of"turbid toxicity theory"and"disease-syndrome-gastroscope"

Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the cancers with the highest mortality rate in the world.According to the Correa model,gastric cancer often undergoes a complete"inflammation-cancer"transformation process.It is of great significance for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer as well as ameliorating the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Prof.LI Diangui,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master,innovatively puts forward the"turbid toxicity theory"bases on many years of clinical experience,and believes that"turbidity is the gradual development of toxicity,and toxicity is the deepening of turbidity",which is similar to the characteristics of"inflammation-cancer"transformation.In view of the evolutionary characteristics of gastric inflammation transforming into gastric cancer,the basic treatment method of removing turbidity and detoxifying is proposed by the professor,which has achieved satisfactory curative effects in delaying the progression of"inflammation-cancer"transformation.In recent years,with the deepening of the diagnosis and treatment mode of the integrative medicine,modern medical doctors have integrated endoscopy,pathology and other microscopic indicators into the"disease-syndrome"synergistic treatment system of TCM spleen and gastric diseases,forming a new diagnosis and treatment model of"disease-syndrome-gastroscope"synergia."Turbid toxicity theory"and"disease-syndrome-gastroscope"synergistic diagnosis and treatment mode combines the detection means of modern medicine with the four diagnostic methods of TCM,and regards micro-indicators as an extension and supplement of the four diagnostic methods of TCM,which makes the process of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment quantitative and standardized.This diagnostic and therapeutic approach not only can enrich the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,but also provides new perspectives and methods for modern medicine,and promotes the normalization of TCM syndrome differentiation and the development of quantitative research on the therapeutic efficacy of TCM intervention in the transformation of"inflammation-cancer"of gastric diseases.Therefore,the macroscopic syndrome differentiation of TCM and modern endoscopic technique are combined to analyze the pathogenesis and evolutionary characteristics of common spleen and gastric diseases,so as to rationally guide clinical practice and ameliorate the prognosis of patients,and promote the progress and development of the diagnosis and treatment in the integrative medicine.关键词
