从固有免疫系统探讨卫气实质
Exploring the essence of Weiqi from the perspective of inherent immune system
摘要
Abstract
Weiqi(卫气)is one of the important concepts in traditional Chinese medicine,which plays a role in resisting the invasion of pathogenic factors and thus maintaining the health of the human body.The innate immune system is the innate immune defense system of the human body,and its action mechanism is highly consistent with the theory of Weiqi.In this study,the relationship between Weiqi and innate immune system is discussed through literature review.In terms of physiology,from the three major aspects of the source,distribution,and function of Weiqi,it is found that Weiqi originates from triple energizers,and is closely related to the lung,spleen,and kidney.This is highly similar to the theory that the innate immune cells in the innate immune system originate from the thymus,spleen,and bone marrow.The distribution sites of the two are also the same.Specifically,Weiqi is widely distributed,extending outward to the skin and muscle surface,and inward to Zang-fu organs(脏腑).The innate immune system is also distributed in various parts of the human body:the barrier structure is distributed on the skin and mucous membranes of the human body;the innate immune cells move throughout the human body through lymphocyte homing and recycling;the distribution position of innate immune molecules is determined by their functions.The functions of the two are highly consistent,both of which are reflected in resisting pathogenic factors.There are three major steps in which Weiqi plays an anti-pathogenic role:sensing the invasion of pathogenic factors,gathering in the direction of pathogenic factors,and fighting against pathogenic factors.The immune defense process of the innate immune system is to block,identify,and remove pathogens.In terms of pathology,there are also similarities in the pathogenesis of the two.Insufficiency or hyperactivity of Weiqi and innate immune system can both lead to the occurrence of diseases.Only when their functional activities are maintained moderately can the healthy state of the body be maintained.From both physiological and pathological aspects,it is simultaneously concluded that the material basis of Weiqi should be the whole innate immune system including barrier structure,innate immune cells,and innate immune molecules.关键词
