基于中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究热点趋势可视化分析
A visualization analysis of research hotspot and trends of treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
Objective:The literature on treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed by the CiteSpace and VOSviewer to explore the research status,research hot,and trends,so as to provide more reference for clinical application.Methods:The literature on treating myocardial ischemia reperfusion-injury in traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Database from initial stages of databases to April 2023,and the number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords were analyzed.Results:After screening,1 249 research articles on treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in traditional Chinese medicine were included totally.The annual publication number indicated a trend from fluctuation to stability,suggesting that the research in this field was reaching a stable phase.Institutions with high publication numbers included Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,etc.Prolific authors included LI Ji,LIU Jianxun,ZHOU Suning,ZHANG Wen'gao,and HUANG Zhengde.High-frequency keywords were myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,traditional Chinese medicine,rats,cell apoptosis,action mechanism,etc.A total of 33 cluster labels and 25 emergent words were obtained.Conclusions:Currently,the research related to treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in traditional Chinese medicine is constantly evolving,and stable research teams has been formed.However,inter-institutional collaborations were mainly confined to universities and their affiliated hospitals,and a large-scale,cross-regional author or institution cooperation network had not yet been formed.The research hotspots were mainly the pathogenesis mechanism,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the extraction of compound prescriptions and single Chinese medicinal materials.Although some clinical studies have been initiated,there is a lack of more in-depth and comprehensive research on clinically effective traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions.Most studies still remain at the level of repetitive observations on certain common related indicators,while in-depth research on specific underlying mechanisms is relatively scarce.In the future,efforts should concentrate on enhancing clinical research and compound formulation comprehensive studies to promote the in-depth development of this field.关键词
