针灸治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的现状与趋势——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的文献计量可视化分析
The current status and trend of acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia:a bibliometric visual analysis based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective:A bibliometric analysis of related studies on acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia(PSD)in the CNKI was conducted,and the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were utilized for visualization,in order to understand the current research situation and explore the research trend.Methods:Relevant literature on acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of PSD included in CNKI was retrieved to conduct a visual analysis of the number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords of the selected literature by the CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results:A total of 2 350 articles were included.The number of publications showed an upward trend year by year until 2019,followed by a slight decrease.A total of 594 institutions were included,among which Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine ranked in the top 3 in terms of the number of publications.A total of 794 authors were included,and 6 authors published more than 10 articles(including 10 articles),forming a core collaboration team represented by MAO Zhongnan and LI Baodong.The top 10 keywords in used frequency were dysphagia,stroke,acupuncture,acupuncture-moxibustion,rehabilitation treatment,pseudobulbar palsy,post-stoke dysphagia,electroacupuncture,swallowing training,and pseudobulbar paralysis,forming 7 clusters mainly consisting of dysphagia,electroacupuncture,acupuncture-moxibustion,pseudobulbar paralysis,ischemic stroke,and acupuncture.The five keywords with relatively high emergent strength were swallowing function,rehabilitation,quality of life,therapeutic efficacy,and swallowing training.Conclusion:Research on acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of PSD is in a gradually maturing stage.However,the collaboration between authors'institutions is not close enough,and the research is not in-depth and comprehensive enough.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and conduct more comprehensive and in-depth research in this field.关键词
