基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗癌症相关性疲乏的选穴规律
An analysis of acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer related fatigue based on data mining technology

Abstract
Objective:The rules of acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue was analyzed by data mining technology.Methods:Relevant studies on the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cancer-related fatigue up to September 15,2024 were retrieved from Chinese biomedical literature database,VIP,CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed and other databases.A database of acupoint prescription for treating cancer-related fatigue by acupuncture was constructed by the Excel,and the acupoint usage frequency,meridian affinity,acupoint distribution and specific acupoint usage were analyzed.The acupoint association rules were analyzed by the SPSS Modeler 18.0.The acupoint complex network diagram was construct by the Cytoscape 3.9.1.The SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct the effective clustering of acupoints.Results:The acupoints commonly used in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue by acupuncture and moxibustion from high to low were Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(RN6),and Guanyuan(CV4).Ren Channel(任脉),Foot Yangming(阳明)Stomach Meridian,and Foot Taiyin(太阴)Spleen Meridian were used more commonly.The selected acupoints were mostly located in the chest and abdomen,as well as the lower extremities.Among the specific acupoints,the ones with more frequencies were intersection acupoints,Mu acupoints(募穴),and Wushu acupoints(五输穴).The association rules showed that the combination of acupoints"Zusanli-Qihai"and"Qihai-Guanyuan"had the strongest association.The high-frequency acupoints were divided into 5 effective clustering groups.Conclusion:The selection of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer related fatigue follows the therapeutic principles of tonifying to strengthen the resistance,nourishing Qi(气)and blood,and regulating the viscera,with Zusanli,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongwan(SP6),and Shenque(RN8)acupoints as the core acupoints.The selection process attaches importance to internal organ differentiation and meridian differentiation,and the principle of acupoint compatibility is mainly the compatibility of near-far acupoints as well as the compatibility of upper-lower acupoints.关键词
