基于"清、消、补"理论探讨参芪泄浊饮联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效研究
A study on the clinical effect of Shenqi Xiezhuo Yin plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules on chronic kidney disease based on the theory of"clearing,eliminating,and tonifying"

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenqi Xiezhuo Yin(参芪泄浊饮)plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules(海昆肾喜胶囊)on stage 2 to 5 chronic kidney disease in patients with spleen-kidney Qi(气)deficiency complicated by dampness-turbidity and blood stasis syndrome,providing a theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods:Patients diagnosed with stages 2 to 5 chronic kidney disease by Western medicine and with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency complicated by dampness-turbidity and blood stasis syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation who were admitted to the Nephrology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected,among whom 120 cases were screened out as the research subjects according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the treatment plan,the included patients were divided into Group A(took the Haikun Shenxi capsules,31 cases),Group B(took Shenqi Xiezhuo Yin,39 cases),and Group C(took combined therapy,50 cases).Clinical parameters including serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),and TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the three groups were observed before and after treatment.Relevant statistical analysis was performed by the SPSS 26.0 to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the renal function indicators were ameliorated across all groups.Moreover,the reduction of serum creatinine and the improvement degree of eGFR in Group C were significantly better than those in Group A and Group B(P<0.01).The total efficiency in Group C was significantly higher than Group B and Group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Xiezhuo Yin plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules can effectively improve renal function and ameliorate TCM clinical syndromes of chronic kidney disease patients,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of monotherapy regimens.关键词
