Abstract
Traditional Chinese window lattice patterns,as the core carrier of architectural aesthetics,have unique geometric composition logic and profound humanistic feelings.However,when this symbol is applied to flexible home textile carriers,it faces the challenges of material property conflicts and process adaptability.This study aims to explore the systematic approach of transforming window lattice patterns into home textile hollow out processes.The article first analyzes the formal rules and virtual real space characteristics of window lattice patterns,and sorts out the technical characteristics of three types of modern hollow out processes:physical cutting,chemical corrosion,and weaving structure.Based on this,a design translation methodology is proposed,which starts with simplifying and reconstructing the form,transforms the mechanical structure into a transition,and reshapes the light and shadow symbols as the endpoint.It is expected to provide a reference for traditional culture.The activation application of symbols in home textile design provides theoretical basis and practical guidance.关键词
