Missions,Challenges and Development Pathways of County-level Vocational Education Centers in the Context of Building a Powerful Education Country
摘要
Abstract
Building a powerful education country is the core strategy for the development of education in the new era.As a key carrier of grassroots education and talent cultivation,county-level vocational education centers have played a significant role in human resource development,rural labor transfer and poverty alleviation.At the critical stage of implementing the"Outline for Building a Powerful Education Country(2024-2035)",these centers shoulder important missions of cultivating technical and skilled talents,promoting county economic transformation,supporting rural revitalization,and building a lifelong learning system.However,they also face challenges in student recruitment,resources investment,integration of vocational and general education and characteristic development.It is necessary to accelerate high-quality development of country-level vocational education centers from five core dimensions:lawful performance,resources allocation,growth pathways,technological leadership and serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".关键词
