体外冲击波治疗糖尿病足溃疡的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for diabetic foot ulcers

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal shock wave(ESW)in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods Search CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,SinoMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed and Web of Science for randomized controlled trials(RCT)of ESW in the treatment of DFU published from the establishment of the databases to December 2024.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 14.0 software.Results A total of 11 documents were retrieved.The results of the Meta-analysis indicated that ESW therapy could significantly increase the ulcer healing rate(RR:2.16,95％CI:1.63-2.88,Z=5.30,P＜0.05)and ulcer improvement rate(RR:1.97,95％CI:1.57-2.47,Z=5.83,P＜0.05)of DFU patients,reduce the treatment failure rate(RR:0.23,95％CI:0.15-0.35,Z=6.91,P＜0.000 01),alleviate ulcer pain,and did not increase adverse reactions.Conclusion ESW therapy is superior to control group in promoting DFU healing and relieving pain.However,due to the limitations in the number and quality of included studies,more high-quality and large-sample RCTs are still needed for further verification.关键词
