教育强国建设背景下县域职业教育现代化发展的创新实践
Innovative Practices in Modernizing County-level Vocational Education in the Context of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
County-level vocational education is the fundamental support of modern vocational education system and plays an important role in empowering regional economic and social development.A comparative analysis on typical construction cases of 47 county-level vocational education centers across the country found that these schools have promoted modernization by deepening industry-education integration,optimizing specialty layout,innovating education models,extending service scope,and strengthening teacher construction.Its exploration highlights directional,unique,integrated,collaborative and inheritable characteristics.Drawing on the experience from relevant cases,the modernization of vocational education at the county level in China should focus on four core dimensions:the modernization of governance systems and capacities,the deep integration of teaching and research with industrial innovation,the construction of a high-level"double-qualified"teaching staff,and the establishment of a diversified and scientific evaluation system.These efforts will lay a solid foundation for precisely empowering high-quality regional development.关键词
