基于数据挖掘技术探究穴位刺激改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的选穴规律
Based on data mining technology,explore the selection rules of acupoints for improving pulmonary function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease through acupoint stimulation

Abstract
Objective To explore the selection rules of acupoints for improving pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)through acupoint stimulation.Methods Search for clinical research literatures on improving pulmonary function in patients with COPD through acupoint stimulation published in databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from the establishment of the databases to May 2025.Analyze the frequency of acupoints,the meridians they belong to,their distribution locations,and the application of specific acupoints,and conduct association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results A total of 362 literatures were included,and 362 acupoint combinations were obtained,involving 52 acupoints,with a total usage frequency of 1961 times.The top three acupoints in terms of usage frequency were Feishu,Tiantu and Shenshu.The acupoints mainly belong to the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang and were mainly distributed on the waist and back.The most commonly used intervention method was acupoint plaster.The core combination of correlation degree obtained from the analysis of association rules was Tiantu-Feishu.Cluster analysis yielded two effective cluster combinations:Feishu,Pishu,Shenshu,and Tiantu,Danzhong,Dingchuan.Conclusion Acupoint stimulation for the treatment of COPD mainly focuses on the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang and the Ren meridian.The selection of acupoints follows the principles of reinforce healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors,as well as regulating the internal organs and unblocking the meridians.It centers on the structured model of the core pathogenesis of lung and kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis blocking the lung.关键词
