沙氏鹿茸草-寄主复合育苗光水肥措施优化研究
Optimization of Light,Water and Fertilizer Measures for the Composite Seedling Cultivation Technology of Monochasma savatieri and Its Host

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the composite seedling technology system of semi-parasitic medicinal plant Monochasma savatieri and its host,to coordinate the different needs of light and nutrients between Monochasma savatieri and its host Digitaria sanguinalis,so as to promote the industrial cultivation and field production of Monochasma savatieri.Methods:The compound breeding system of Mono-chasma savatieri and its host Digitaria sanguinalis was used as the object,different light intensity(low light control LL,high light inten-sity HL),different nutrient solution watering frequency(seaweed nutrient solution watering once a day,watering once every two days),different concentrations of rooting solution(0,15 mg/L)and different fertilizers including blank control(CK),seaweed nutrient solution treatment(HZ),MS culture solution treatment(MS),low concentration NPK treatment(LN)and high concentration NPK treatment(HN)were set,the growth indicaters,fresh weight,dry weight,seedling preservation rate,the number of haustorrium of Monochasma sa-vatieri at seedling stage and growth index,fresh weight and dry weight of Digitaria sanguinalis were measured.Results:The growth inde-xes and survival rate of Monochasma savatieri at seedling stage in all treatments were basically the same,and HL+W1+R15 treatment(high light intensity,nutrient solution once a day and 15 mg/L root powder once a week)was the best.Under the condition of supple-mentary light,the treatment of the HL+W1+R15 could significantly promote the formation of haustoria of Monochasma savatieri,and the number of haustoria was 3.58 times that of low light with nutrient solution once a day and no root powder treatment(LL+W1+R0).The dry weight and fresh weight of Digitaria sanguinalis treated with supplementary light were 11.67 times and 10.49 times higher than those treated without supplementary light.MS treatment could promote the growth of Digitaria sanguinalis,but inhibit the growth and e-ven lead to the death of Monochasma savatieri seedlings.Both HZ treatment and LN treatment could promote the growth of Monochasma savatieri and Digitaria sanguinalis,but HZ treatment had the best effect.Compared with the control treatment,the dried quality of Mono-chasma savatieri and Digitaria sanguinalis by HZ treatment was increased in 1.69 times and 1.21 times,respectively.Conclusion:High light intensity,irrigation of nutrient solution once a day,and irrigation of 15 mg/L rooting powder once a week are conducive to the growth and development of Monochasma savatieri and Digitaria sanguinalis,coordinating their light and nutrient requirements,and it is a suitable composite seedling management measure for the combination of Monochasma savatieri and Digitaria sanguinalis.关键词
