Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of venous thromboembolism(VTE)after ovarian cancer surgery, and to construct a risk prediction model. Methods A total of 289 patients who underwent ovarian cancer surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.Based on whether VTE occurred within one month after surgery, they were divided into thrombosis group(70 cases)and non-thrombosis group(219 cases).Data analysis was conducted on two groups of patients to identify the risk factors influencing the occurrence of VTE in patients with ovarian cancer after surgery, and a nomogram prediction model was constructed based on these findings. The performance of the model was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis(DCA).Results The results of the multivariate analysis showed that age, education level, ascites, varicose veins, heart disease, operation duration, hemoglobin and D-dimer were all independent risk factors for VTE after ovarian cancer surgery. The area under the curve of the nomogram prediction model was 0.881(95%CI:0.837-0.925),the sensitivity was 78.6%,and the specificity was 80.8%.The calibration curve showed that the fitted curve was close to the reference curve, and the DCA curve showed that the model had a good net benefit. Conclusion The incidence of VTE after ovarian cancer surgery is closely related to age, education level, ascites, varicose veins, heart disease, operation duration, hemoglobin and D-dimer.The nomogram prediction model can effectively predict the risk of VTE after ovarian cancer surgery, and provide important reference for the identification, prevention and treatment of VTE after ovarian cancer surgery.关键词
