摘要

Abstract

Objective:To revise and perfect the quality standard of decoction slices of Causonis japonica,so as to improve the quali-ty management level.Methods:Taking 12 batches of Causonis japonica as the research objective,traits and microscopic features of differ-ential significance were screened.The water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract contents were determined.The active ingredient luteolin was qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography.The content of luteolin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The rattan stem distortion,tendrils and leaves opposite were the key characters in decoction pieces.The outer ridge of the stem had thick angular tissue,the inner fiber bundle was arranged in a ring intermittenously,and the mucous cells contai-ning calcium oxalate crystal bundle could be seen in the cortex,which were the microstructure characteristics of Causonis japonica.The spots of target components in thin layer chromatography were clear and the separation degree was good.The concent limitations of water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash in medicinal materials and decoction pieces were determined,and the content standards of extract and luteoside were also established.Conclusion:The method established in this study is accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the quali-ty control of Causonis japonica medicinal materials and decoction pieces.
