摘要

Abstract

This paper designed and synthesized copper/nickel-coordinated imidazolium ionic liquids(denoted as IL/Cu and IL/Ni,respectively)and further investigated their properties.Multifunctional cellulose hydrogels,designated as CH-CTA-PIL/Cu and CH-CTA-PIL/Ni,were suc-cessfully fabricated via a grafting polymerization strategy.The results showed that resulting hydrogels exhibited exceptional photothermal re-sponsiveness under 808 nm near-infrared(NIR)irradiation,achieving a temperature elevation of 27℃,along with favorable thermal stability.Antibacterial evaluation demonstrated their effective inhibition of S.aureus and E.coli growth both with and without light exposure,antibacterial rates of these hydrogels exceeded 96%and 99%against S.aureus and E.coli,respectively,under NIR irradiation.Cytotoxicity analysis indicated excellent biocompatibility of these hydrogels with NIH3T3 cells.
