近10年口吃康复治疗的文献计量分析
Research progress in stuttering rehabilitation therapy in decade:a bibliometrics analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current status,hotpots and trends of global literature on stuttering rehabilita-tion treatment in the last decade.Methods:The literature related to stuttering rehabilitation in Web of Science Core Collection from January 1st,2016 to May 20th,2025 was searched,and the knowledge map of countries,authors and keywords were constructed by CiteSpace 6.4.R2.Results:A total of 171 papers were included.The country with the greatest number of publications was the USA,and China had fewer publications.The author with the grea-test number of publications was Onslow Mark.High-frequency keywords included speech,social anxiety,quality of life,speech therapy,lidcombe program,etc.The keyword clustering labels included neuromodulation,complexity,Stuttering modification therapy,lidcombe program.The recent burst keywords included transcranial magnetic stimu-lation,interaction therapy,transcranial direct current stimulation and quality of life.Conclusion:In the past 10 years,the global research on the rehabilitation of stuttering has made some achievements,but the research in this field in China is in a inferior position,and there is a large space for development.Speech therapy has always been the core of rehabilitation intervention for stuttering.Its treatment paradigm has gradually shifted from traditional fluency modeling to multi-dimensional functional improvement of neuro-psycho-social integration,and more and more attention has been paid to the quality of life of people with stuttering.Important directions for future research may focus on the synergistic application of neuromodulation techniques and speech therapy.关键词
