Abstract

In this study,DMSO/H2O/KOH was used as the solvent to dissolve aramid nanofiber(ANF)/boron nitride nanosheet(BNNS)com-posite paper,to study the difference in the dissolution rate of ANF/BNNS composite paper with different BNNS contents,and to investigate the micro-dissolution law of ANF/BNNS composite paper.The results showed that the tensile strength of pure ANF paper was 48.8 MPa,the time required to increase from 25℃to 70℃was 6 s,and the dissolution thickness was 42.0 µm,while the tensile strength of ANF/BNNS com-posite paper with BNNS content of 20%was reduced to 34.5 MPa,and the time required to increase from 25℃to 70℃was only 2 s.The dissolution time was 3 h,and the dissolution thickness was 52.5 µm,which was 25%more than that of pure ANF paper.It was indicated that the addition of BNNS slightly reduced the mechanical strength of the ANF/BNNS composite paper,significantly improved the thermal conduc-tivity of the ANF/BNNS composite paper,promoted the dissolution of the ANF/BNNS composite paper.
