Abstract
To implement the concept of employee health management and promote the construction of healthy enterprises,a certain petrochemical enterprise has placed the protection of employee health in a strategic position of priority development.In view of the occupational characteristics in the petroleum and petrochemical industries,such as long shift working hours,high labor intensity and great mental stress,the company has inte-grated the Employee Assistance Program(EAP)into its operational framework based on its specific circum-stances.Based on the practice in recent years,an EAP working model was proposed of building"three-level positions",cultivating"three teams",implementing"three entry activities",thus forming an operation system that"penetrates the grassroots,integrates into management,and reaches the hearts of the people".Practice has shown that since the popularization and application of EAP,the mental health level of employees has gradually improved,playing an important role in promoting the harmony and stability of the enterprise.关键词
