红外热成像评估脐针疗法对脑卒中恢复期肝阳上亢证患者三焦温度的调节效应
Study on Temperature Regulation of Umbilical Acupuncture in Patients with Stroke Recovery Period Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging

Abstract
Objective:Investigate the effects of umbilical acupuncture on the temperature of triple energizer regions and the quality of life(SSQOL)in stroke patients with liver yang hyperactivity syndrome during the recovery period.Methods:98 eligible stroke patients were randomly divided into an experimental group(umbilical acupuncture)and a control group(ordinary acupuncture),with 49 cases in each group.The temperature of the triple energizer regions and SSQOL scores were measured before and after treatment.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the experimental group exhibited significantly greater reductions in Upper Jiao and Middle Jiao temperatures compared to the control group(P<0.05).Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed significant differences in time effects,time-by-group interaction effects,and between-group effects for Upper Jiao and Middle Jiao temperatures in both groups(P<0.05).Post-treatment Lower Jiao temperatures increased in both groups compared to pre-treatment levels,with significant time-point effects observed in Lower Jiao temperature changes(P<0.05).The experimental group demonstrated significantly superior SSQOL scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical acupuncture can significantly improve the surface temperature distribution and quality of life in patients with liver yang hyperactivity syndrome.Infrared thermal imaging technology has a potential connection with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment principle of"calming the liver and subduing yang".关键词
