振腹疗法的操作特征压力参数量化研究
Quantitative Study on Pressure Parameters of Manipulation Characteristics in Abdominal Vibration Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To address the bottleneck issues in technique teaching and standardization of abdominal vibration therapy,this study aimed to collect and analyze key pressure parameters to achieve objective quantification of its manipulation characteristics.Methods:High-precision flexible glove-shaped pressure sensors(RX-G0505M,25 sensing channels,20 Hz sampling rate)were used to collect standard abdominal vibration manipulation parameters from three Tuina experts.Stable periods were screened using the sliding window method combined with the Coefficient of Variation(CV).Parameters including peak pressure,trough pressure,mean pressure,and peak-trough difference were extracted.Pressure distribution heatmaps were generated using Radial Basis Function(RBF)interpolation.Results:The pressure waveform showed an initial rising trend and stabilized after approximately 15 s(CV<0.20).The overall pressure was gentle,with regional distribution differences:the hypothenar region(max.0.55 N),metacarpophalangeal joint region(max.0.40 N),and fingertip region(max.0.40 N)were the primary load-bearing areas,while the mid-palm(max.0.21 N)and mid-proximal finger segments(max.0.30 N)exhibited lower pressure levels.The peak-to-trough pressure differences across individual channels ranged from 0.02 to 0.11 N.A visual comparison among operators further revealed that despite subtle differences in individual exertion habits,the core pressure distribution patterns were highly consistent across the three Tuina experts.Conclusion:This study systematically established a pressure characteristic parameter profile for abdominal vibration manipulation,providing quantitative evaluation indicators for the traditional requirements of"uniformity,gentleness,and persistence".Promote the advancement of distinctive external treatment techniques in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation towards precision and intelligence.关键词
