基于容积法的老旧小区海绵城市设计方法研究
Research on the Sponge City Design Method for Old Residential Areas Based on the Volume Approach:a Case Study of Huangjin Garden Community in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone

Abstract
Sponge city construction advocates for the concept of green development and serves as a fundamental principle for improving the quality of urbanization in China.Old residential areas are critical targets for source pollution reduction due to outdated rainwater and sewage facilities,lack of maintenance,large population involvement,and severe water-related issues.Sponge renovation not only enhances the environmental quality of neighborhoods but also plays a significant role in addressing internal community issues.Taking the Huangjin Garden Community in Yantai as an example,this study first determines control indicators such as annual runoff control rate,design rainfall,storage volume,and comprehensive runoff coefficient.Then,based on the current conditions of the site,the study proposes the allocation of sponge facilities and rationally arranges them in line with existing conditions.Finally,storage volumes are calculated,and the annual runoff coefficient is verified using a modeling approach.The study also explores residents' willingness and demands regarding sponge city renovation in old residential neighborhoods and consolidates related construction technologies and strategies to promote the comprehensive implementation of the sponge city concept.关键词
