Identification of Regional Cultural Relic Resource-Rich Areas from a Holistic Perspective:A Case Study of Chifeng

Abstract
Against the backdrop of a shift in cultural relic protection strategies from single-object protection to regional holistic protection,this paper adopts Chifeng city as a case study.It constructs a coupled research framework encompassing four dimensions:nature,culture,space,and value,aiming to move beyond traditional techniques for identifying cultural relic resources that rely primarily on spatial density.The study analyzes the evolutionary mechanisms of spatial patterns of cultural relics shaped by the dynamic interplay between the natural environment and human activities.Building on three major regional value themes distilled from this analysis,the paper identifies thematic clusters of cultural relic resource-rich areas,each with distinct narrative significance.The findings are intended to provide methodological support for establishing a regional,holistic conservation system for cultural relics and to lay a theoretical and empirical foundation for optimizing broader territorial conservation strategies.关键词
