岩石自然结构面的简易批量复制方法
A Simple Batch Replication Method for Natural Structural Planes of Rocks
摘要
Abstract
The strength and stability of rock masses are mainly dependent on the shear strength of internal structural planes within.The research indicates the morphological characteristics of structural planes have a profound influence on the strength of rock joints.Therefore,to investigate the influence of morphological characteristics on the shear strength of structural planes,repetitive test on rock joints with same morphological characteristics is required.The batch replication method for natural structural planes is still a bottleneck problem that restricts the study of mechanical properties of rock joints.Basing on the existing replication method,a new natural structural plane replication technology has been proposed in this paper,which is more fast,efficient and economical.The α type high-strength gypsum is used to replicate structural planes,and then the gypsum formwork could be obtained.By casting cement mortar on the gypsum formwork,the cement mortar test blocks with same morphological characteristics of natural structural planes of rocks is obtained.Using a 3-D laser scanner,the point cloud data of morphological characteristics of structural planes is acquired.The point cloud data of morphological characteristics is processed with CloudCompare software by adopting ICP algorithm.The fidelity rate of the proposed method is checked,which verified the feasibility of the method.关键词
