Abstract

To address the terminal low voltage caused by an excessively long power supply radius and rapid load expansion in the distribution station areas,this paper proposes a battery-energy-storage-based low-voltage mitigation method.It adopts a two-stage control strategy implemented via the coordinated control of a bidirectional buck-boost converter and three-phase full-bridge bidirectional converter.Combined with fuzzy PI control of chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO)and feedforward decoupling anti-droop control method,it achieves low-voltage mitgation for distribution station areas.Among them,the DC/DC part adopts the CPSO-optimized fuzzy PI voltage and current double closed-loop control,and dynamically adjusts the quantization factor and scale factor,markedly improving the tracking speed and stability of the DC bus voltage.The DC/AC part eliminates the d-q axis coupling interference through feedforward decoupling,and dynamically adjusts the voltage amplitude and frequency by using anti-droop control to raise the voltage in the distribution station area.Simulink simulations show the proposed strategy repidly restore the voltage amplitude to the rated allowable fluctuation range when the voltage drop is 90%-95%(mild),80%-90%(moderate),and less than 80%(severe)respectively.By realizing nearly zero DC-bus voltage overshoot and a total voltage distortion as low as 1.02%,it meets the requirements of the power distribution system.
