专利质押对企业新质生产力的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Patent Pledge on the New Quality Productivity of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Patent pledges,as a new type of financial instrument,provide enterprises with a way to transform innovative achievements into capital,playing an important role in alleviating the financing difficulties of enterprises and promoting technological advancement.This paper selects listed companies that have engaged in patent pledges from 2015 to 2022 as the research subjects,quantitatively analysing the impact of patent pledges on enterprises'new quality productivity.The empirical results indicate that patent pledges significantly promote the development of new quality productivity in enterprises.Further analysis reveals that patent pledges boost new quality productivity development by increasing the availability of credit for enterprises and enhancing their innovation levels.The promoting effect of patent pledges is particularly prominent in state-owned,large and central city enterprises.This research expands the theoretical framework for cultivating new quality productivity in enterprises,providing actionable reference for optimising the intellectual property financial policy system.关键词
