数字乡村建设赋能乡村善治的逻辑起点、内在机理与实践路径探析
On the Logical Mechanism and Practical Path of Digital Rural Construction Empowering Sound Rural Governance
摘要
Abstract
The construction of digital villages empowering sound rural governance,an important impetus for promoting the modernization of rural governance and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization,is aimed at comprehensive governance,and finally overall smart governance.Currently,digital rural governance is characterized by insufficient scientific and technological empowerment,a single construction channel,and lack of integration between traditional decision-making preferences and modern development.The new era of digital village construction must further satisfy the actual needs of scientific,refined,and intelligent rural governance.It must also expand space for rural governance empowerment and construct a holistic framework for digital village empowerment around three elements,i.e.,governance subjects,digital Party building,and digital technology.To cope with the current accelerated evolution of digital society,we must integrate the"four governance"elements to empower sound governance in rural areas under the guidance of"smart governance",and integrate governance fragments to build a systematic,perfect digital rural governance system and accelerate the digitalization and modernization of rural governance.关键词
