Abstract

To enhance the availability of soil phosphorus after the application of ground phosphate rock,this study explored the impacts of phosphorus-solubilizing microbial agents on soil phosphorus components.Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of combined application of ground phosphate rock with phosphorus-solubilizing bacterium(Bacillus megaterium,BM)and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on soil phosphorus components,soil physical and chemical properties,and the growth of landscape plants Michelia×alba and Melastoma candidum'Tianjiao 2 hao'.Results showed that compared with the treatment of applying organic fertilizer+ground phosphate rock(T1),the combination of organic fertilizer+ground phosphate rock+BM(T3)increased the root dry weight of Michelia×alba by 86.9%(P<0.05),and the combination of organic fertilizer+ground phosphate rock+BM+AMF(T4)increased the leaf dry weight of Michelia×alba by 102.9%(P<0.05).In addition,T4 reduced soil pH,organic matter,and available potassium content(P<0.05).The phosphorus in the soil treated with ground phosphate rock was primarily in the form of D.HCl-P,which accounted for more than 56.8%.Compared with T1,T4 significantly increased the content of NaHCO3-Pi,NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Pi,NaOH-Po in the soil.After applying organic fertilizer and ground phosphate rock,the addition of BM and AMF is beneficial for improving the availability of soil phosphorus and promoting the accumulation of biomass in landscape plants.
