我国低空经济发展中的国家安全风险研究
The National Security Risks in the Development of Low-altitude Economy in China
摘要
Abstract
As a new engine driving China's economy,the low-altitude economy represents the development requirements of new quality productive forces.However,there are some risks threatening national security.Currently,the development of China's low-altitude economy not only faces chal-lenges in economic fields such as industry,finance,and the market,but also has deficiencies in the development,utilization,allocation,and manage-ment of low-altitude resources.The security protection of low-altitude airspace and infrastructure also needs improvement.In addition,the development of the low-altitude economy has significant impacts on the national security in ecological,informational,military,and technological fields.It is urgent to identify the factors that pose risks to national security.Analysis reveals that the incomplete regulatory system,unstable core support,and insufficient driving capacity of the low-altitude economy are the main reasons for the formation of these risks.In view of this,a"horizontal+vertical"macro devel-opment strategy should be deployed,a"regulation+autonomy"regulatory model should be explored,a"point-to-surface"supportive effect should be formed,and the demand-driven development trend be practiced.Thus,our country will promote the healthy and long-term development of the low-altitude economy,as well as effectively safeguard the national security.关键词
