Abstract
A substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)based dual-frequency filtering antenna is proposed.The antenna consists of a double-layer structure of a common feeding cavity at the bottom and a dielectric plate loaded with a patch at the top.The rectangular SIW feed-ing cavity contains a pair of orthogonal excitation ports,which respectively excite TE102 and TE201 modes,and the frequency separation is realized by loading metal through holes in the cavity.A pair of orthogonal gaps are etched on the surface of the feeding cavity,the energy of the lower cavity is coupled to the upper cavity,and the patch is stimulated to work in different modes to realize the dual-frequency an-tenna with filtering function.The results show that the center frequency of the low-band antenna is 7.35 GHz,the channel bandwidth reaches 360 MHz,and the gain reaches 6.21 dBi.The center frequency of the high band is 8.05 GHz,the channel bandwidth reaches 290 MHz,and the gain reaches 6.34 dBi.The antenna can realize two functions of dual-frequency radiation and filter without increasing the footprint,and it is easy to integrate,which meets the demand of miniaturization of communication system.关键词
