建筑业转型与新工科背景下地方高校土木工程专业改革研究与实践

摘要

Abstract

Taking the reform of the Civil Engineering program in Huanghuai University as an example,this study deeply analyzes the dual challenges posed by the transformation of the construction industry and the demands of emerging engineering education.Critical issues are identified in traditional Civil Engineering major,such as insufficiently scientific training objectives,outdated curricula and teaching content,inadequate collaborative education by multi-stakeholder,and weakened practical engineering skills among students.In response,this research proposes and implements a reform approach grounded in the principles of"industry-oriented development,interdisciplinary integration,multi-stakeholder collaboration,and integration of industry,education,and research."Guided by the"four adherences,"the reform focuses on refining training objectives,restructuring the curriculum system,building a community for teacher development,and strengthening the cultivation of engineering competencies.Preliminary results highlight the effectiveness of this reform pathway in bridging the gap between academic training and industry need,laying a solid foundation for future improvements.
