国内外肥胖门诊的建设研究现状及展望
Current status and prospects of obesity clinics:domestic and international perspectives
摘要
Abstract
Obesity has become a major global public health challenge,increasing both individual health risks and societal healthcare burdens.Currently,outpatient interventions remain the preferred approach for non-surgical manage-ment of obesity.In China,the construction of obesity clinics generally follows the process of establishment,clinical treat-ment,and follow-up,featuring"multidisciplinary team management,""individualized treatment plans,"and"Internet-based follow-up,"with specialized programs designed for children,pregnant women,and the elderly.Internationally,developed countries such as the United Kingdom,the United States,and Australia have established distinctive obesity clinics,introducing strategies including"standardized interventions,""tiered management,"and the"Mediterranean diet model."Developing countries such as India have explored weight management models adapted to their local contexts.These domestic and international experiences provide valuable references for the future development of obesity clinics in China.关键词
