Abstract
This paper takes the Gushui River Basin and Huashan Reservoir as the research objects,and constructs a TUFLOW real-time flood forecasting model based on the refined distributed direct rainfall method.The study uses multi-scale grid division(10m/20m/30m/40m)to accurately display the topographic features of the basin.Moreover,infiltration parameters and roughness coefficients are set differently according to different land-use types.The model fully takes into account the elements of water conservancy projects such as pumping stations,weirs,dams,gates,and embankments to ensure the reliability of the simulation results.On this basis,an integrated platform system for real-time flood forecasting is established.According to the rainfall characteristics of the basin and the operation parameters of the reservoir,corresponding flood control operation plans are formulated.Through multi-objective optimization evaluation,it provides scientific decision-making support for enhancing the flood control and disaster reduction capabilities of small and medium-sized basins.关键词
