新工科背景下资源环境类专业教学团队建设探索与成效

摘要

Abstract

Emerging Engineering Education(EEE)is a strategic measure to respond to the technological revolution and industrial transformation.As the core carrier serving the"dual carbon"strategy and regional green development,resource and environment-related majors urgently need to build high-quality,dual-capable teaching teams.This research is based on the implementation of the national"dual carbon"strategy and the green transformation demands of Guizhou's liquor industry.It systematically analyzes the demands and challenges faced by resource and environment-related majors under the background of EEE,clarifies the construction goals of teaching teams,explores the construction paths from four dimensions,and summarizes the overall achievements and improvement directions.Build a team-building model of"value guidance-practical empowerment-integration of science and education-multi-party collaboration",providing a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for the construction of similar professional teaching teams in local universities.
