以医案类课程为载体的中医拔尖人才"院校-师承"融合教育模式探索
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores how to integrate institutional education with apprenticeship training in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)colleges to cultivate top-tier TCM talent.Based on an analysis of the current issues in institutional education and apprenticeship education,this paper explores core strategies for leveraging the complementary strengths of both approaches through case-based courses to address these challenges.The study proposes establishing an integrated"institutional-apprenticeship"case-based courses system for cultivating top-tier TCM talent,and the study outlines a phased approach to achieve the goal of cultivating top-tier TCM talent,along with pathways for integrating renowned medical lineage resources to build a supporting system,reforming modern teaching methods and technologies,and reconstructing the teaching evaluation indicator system.关键词
