非遗传承融入"双师型"教师队伍建设的创新与实践研究

摘要

Abstract

Taking Heilongjiang Vocational College of Art as a practical sample,this paper explores the in-depth integration path between Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)inheritance and the construction of a"double-qualified"teacher team from four dimensions:institutional,mechanism,innovation,university-government-industry-enterprise collaboration,project-driven practice,and master studio leadership.It constructs a three-dimensional teacher training system of"ICH skills+professional skills+educational competence",providing a replicable and promotable practical model for solving the problems of"insufficient practical ability of double-qualified teachers and disconnection in ICH education"in the field of art vocational education,and contributing to the living inheritance of regional ICH in Longjiang and the connotative development of vocational education.
