"课-研-赛"一体化创新人才培养模式探索

Abstract
In response to the demand for innovative talent cultivation in material-related majors,this paper has constructed and implemented an integrated"Class-Research-Competition"training model.This research is based on courses,aiming to deepen the integration of professional courses with innovation and entrepreneurship,implementing a hierarchical and progressive teaching approach,incorporating the concept of outcome-oriented education and project-based methods,and strengthening the professional foundation and innovative thinking.Centered on research,this training model strengthens the integration of science and education as well as the collaboration between the university and enterprises.Through project-based experiments,research specializations,and the"dual-mentor system",it enhances research capabilities,professional qualities,and practical skills.Driven by innovation competitions,with high-level academic contests as the platform,teachers provide full guidance for project incubation and practice,promoting knowledge transformation and enhancing innovation capabilities.The three elements are closely integrated and run through the entire process of"craftsmanship spirit"cultivation.The courses deeply integrate patriotic sentiments and professional identity,scientific research nurtures a rigorous and realistic spirit,and competitions hone the ability to solve complex problems.This model effectively promotes the coordinated development of students'knowledge,abilities and qualities,and achieves the integration of innovation talent cultivation and the goal of fostering moral character.关键词
