"双碳"目标下法治人才培养困境与纾解路径
摘要
Abstract
Achieving the"dual carbon"goals and implementing related carbon policies both require substantial support from specialized legal professionals.The current undergraduate legal education model in universities exhibits a pronounced judicial-centric orientation,where curricula and syllabi are designed primarily to cultivate judicial professional skills and prepare students for careers in judicial institutions.Graduates trained under this model excel at resolving traditional legal issues but struggle to effectively address the complexities of emerging carbon-related challenges,such as climate legislation.Future efforts should focus on establishing and refining a dedicated"dual carbon"discipline,strategically optimizing legal programs and training systems.Concurrently,deepening industry-academia integration and broadening international perspectives are essential to cultivate a cohort of interdisciplinary professionals who are not only proficient in"dual carbon"policies and related regulatory frameworks but also possess technical knowledge concerning carbon emissions.关键词
