壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床效果
Clinical effect of Zhuang Medicine lotus needle cupping method for blood stasis-removing for the treatment of endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuang Medicine lotus needle cupping method for blood stasis-removing in treating endometriosis(EMT)-induced dysmenorrhea.Methods Sixty patients with EMT-induced dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into experimental group or control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received Zhuang Medicine lotus needle cupping method for blood stasis-removing,while the control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules.Both groups received continuous treatment over three menstrual cycles.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for pain,symptom quantification score,Endometriosis Health Profile 30(EHP-30)score,and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)level before and after treatment,as well as clinical efficacy,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.0%,higher than 63.3%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score for pain,symptom quantification score,EHP-30 score across all dimensions and total score,and serum CA125 level in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,with the experimental group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuang Medicine lotus needle cupping method for blood stasis-removing demonstrates significant efficacy in treating EMT-induced dysmenorrhea.It can markedly improve symptoms and quality of life in patients with EMT-induced dysmenorrhea and exhibits favorable safety.关键词
