基于SCIE数据库2005-2024年蜱媒传染病研究的文献计量学分析
Research on tick-borne diseases between 2005 and 2024 based on the SCIE database:a bibliometric analysis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research characteristics,hotspots,and development trends in the field of tick-borne diseases using bibliometric analysis methods.Methods Literature related to the field of tick-borne diseases between 2005 and 2024 was retrieved from the Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)database.Statistical analysis was conducted on the number of annual publications and journals of the included literature.CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis of publishing countries,authors,institutions,and keywords of the included literature.Results A total of 7812 articles were included.The number of annual publications of research related to tick-borne diseases revealed continuous growth from 2005 to 2024.The top three journals in terms of number of publications were Ticks and Tick-borne Diseases(670 articles),Parasites&Vectors(419 articles),and Vector-Borne and Zoonotic Diseases(226 articles).The United States,Germany,and China had the highest number of publications.The main research institutions were the Centers for Disease Control&Prevention-USA,the INRAE,and Oklahoma State University System.The primary authors were de la Fuente,Jose,Sprong,Hein,and Cabezas-cruz,Alejandro.Keywords such as Lyme disease,infection,Borrelia burgdorferi,prevalence,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,transmission,Ixodes ricinus,identification,and tick-borne diseases were identified as research hotspots keywords.Cluster analysis results indicated that research hotspots in the field of tick-borne diseases focused on tick species and the types of tick-borne diseases.Keywords like public health,sequencing,and Theileria annulata represented recent research trends.Conclusion Research interest in the field of tick-borne diseases is on the rise,with the focus gradually shifting towards the types of tick-borne diseases,sequencing,and public health.关键词
