胃食管反流病患者营养素养现状及影响因素分析
Nutritional literacy status and influencing factors in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of nutritional literacy in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and analyze its influencing factors,thereby providing a reference for clinical decision-making.Methods Using a multi-stage sampling method,160 GERD patients treated at a hospital in Sichuan from January 2021 to January 2025 were en-rolled.General Information Questionnaire,the Adult Nutrition Literacy Measurement Scale,the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and the Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES)were employed.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore factors influencing nutritional literacy in GERD patients.Results The total score on the Adult Nutrition Liter-acy Measurement Scale was 166.86±10.26,the total PSSS score was 55.24±1.42,and the total CDSES score was 38.45±1.28.Pearson correlation analysis showed that nutritional literacy was positively correlated with social support and self-efficacy(r=0.644 and r=0.236,respectively;all P<0.05).Significant differences in nutrition literacy total scores were observed across subgroups defined by age,education level,personal monthly income,place of residence,course of the disease,weekly symptom fre-quency,malnutrition status,dietary management,social support level,and self-efficacy level among these patients(P<0.05).Multi-ple linear regression analysis indicated that age,education level,personal monthly income,place of residence,dietary management,to-tal PSSS score,and total CDSES score were all significant predictors of the Adult Nutrition Literacy Measurement Scale total score(P<0.05),together explaining 66.90%of the total variance.Conclusion Nutritional literacy among GERD patients remains subop-timal and is affected by multiple factors.Clinical staff should pay attention to patients'nutritional literacy and provide targeted interven-tions based on the identified influencing factors to strengthen nutritional literacy.关键词
