江一平教授治疗青中年慢性乙型肝炎用药规律分析
Analysis of Professor Jiang Yiping's Medication Rules in Treating Chronic Hepatitis B in Young and Middle-aged Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore and summarize Professor Jiang Yiping's medication rules in treating chronic hepatitis B in young and middle-aged patients.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions prescribed by Professor Jiang for young and middle-aged patients with chronic hepatitis B were collected.Software including Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(Version 2.5),IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0,and Cytoscape 3.9.1 was used to statistically analyze and visually present the rules of his medication use.Results A total of 138 kinds of Chinese medicines were involved in the 103 valid prescriptions collected.The properties and flavors of these medicines were mainly sweet,bitter,pungent,and cold,and they primarily entered the liver,spleen,and stomach meridians.The medicines with the highest frequency of use were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Bupleuri,Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Poria.Through association rule analysis,12 pairs of strongly associated medicine pairs were obtained,and 4 categories of medicine groups were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Jiang's therapeutic principles for treating chronic hepatitis B in young and middle-aged patients emphasize equal focus on soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,clearing heat and draining dampness,promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis,and detoxifying to dissipate masses.This reflects Professor Jiang's therapeutic thinking of"treating the spleen for liver diseases and preventing disease transmission and progression".关键词
