小黑麦饲用价值及其在反刍动物生产中的应用
Feeding Values of Triticale and Its Application in Ruminant Production
摘要
Abstract
With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development needs of the livestock industry,the exploration of high-yield,high-quality and stress-resistant forage resources has become increasingly important.Triticale(×Triticosecale Wittmack),owing to its considerable economic and ecological benefits,has emerged as a high-quality forage crop receiving growing attention after alfalfa and maize.Based on recent domestic and international studies,this paper systematically reviews the feeding values of triticale hay,silage and straw,and emphasizes its application progress in ruminant production including mutton sheep,beef cattle and dairy cow.Its potential roles in reducing feeding cost,improving feed utilization efficiency and enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of China's grass-livestock industry are discussed.This work aims to provide core technical support for fully realizing the potential of triticale and promoting the high-quality development of China's grass-livestock industry.关键词
