Analysis and Evaluation on the Comparative Advantages of Huining Tartary Buckwheat

Abstract
Huining County,known as'the Hometown of Coarse Grains in China',has an annual tartary buckwheat planting area of approximately 0.33×104 ha,making it one of the region's characteristic advantageous industries.By conducting a comparative advantage analysis of'Huining Tartary Buckwheat',this study provides technical support for its green and high-quality development.Taking renowned tartary buckwheat products from inside and outside the province as reference materials,the evaluation was performed from 5 aspects such as origin environment,production process,quality safety,nutrition quality,and the correlation between origin environment and nutrition quality,using combined quantitative testing and qualitative assessment.Results indicate that the origin environment of Huining tartary buckwheat is suitable,the production process complies with the technical specifications for green food production,and the product quality meets green food certification requirements.Moreover,Huining tartary buckwheat is rich in starch,amino acid,oleic acid,and linolenic acid,and contains high levels of mineral elements such as manganese and copper.The correlation analysis between origin environment and nutrition quality explains the reasons for the high crude starch and oleic acid content.In conclusion,Huining County is a high-quality producing area for tartary buckwheat,and the product'Huining Tartary Buckwheat'possesses distinctive functional and quality advantages.关键词
