甘南高寒阴湿区青稞产业发展现状分析及对策探讨
Analysis of the Development Status and Countermeasures of Highland Barley Industry in the Alpine Humid Region of Gannan
摘要
Abstract
Highland barley,as the major food crop in the alpine humid region of Gannan,serves as a strategic grain for political security in the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The development of the highland barley industry plays a significant role in promoting the high-quality socioeconomic development of the region.From the full-industry-chain perspective,including breeding,cultivation,processing,brand building,and marketing,this paper outlines the development status of the highland barley industry in Gannan.It further analyzes the multiple challenges faced by the industry,such as outdated breeding technology,shortage of skilled personnel,incomplete subsidy mechanisms,natural environmental constraints,weak product research capacity,and inadequate deep-processing and brand influence.Considering opportunities arising from shifts in consumption concepts,policy support,scientific innovation,and cultural tourism development,several countermeasures are proposed such as strengthening policy support and optimizing the development environment,increasing investment in technological innovation to break technical bottlenecks,enhancing processing capacity to extend the industrial chain,expanding sales channels to improve market share,and promoting in-depth integration of culture and tourism to enhance the comprehensive value of the industry.关键词
