麻杏薏甘汤加味治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察
Modified Maxing Yigan Decoction in the Treatment of Post Infection Cough
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Maxing Yigan decoction in the treatment of post infection cough(PIC).Methods A total of 120 PIC patients admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Dextromethorphan,Chlorpheniramine and Pseudoephedrine solution,while the observation group was treated with modified Maxing Yigan decoction on the basis of the control group.After 1 week of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,airway inflammation indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and substance P in sputum supernatant of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxing Yigan decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms and airway inflammation in the treatment of PIC,and has high safety.关键词
