外源赤霉素和褪黑素处理对'长富2号'果实糖酸含量及品质的影响
Effects of Exogenous Gibberellin and Melatonin Treatments on Sugar and Acid Content and Quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2'Fruits

Abstract
[Objective]To study the changes of sugar and acid content and quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2'fruits after treat-ment with exogenous gibberellin and melatonin,to clarify the effects of melatonin and gibberellin,and to screen out the optimal treatment plan,so as to provide scientific basis and technical support for improving the quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2'fruits.[Methods]Using'Nagano Fuji No.2'as test material,Starting from the young fruit stage,use 50 mg·L-1,100 mg·L-1,200 mg·L-1 Gibberellins(GA3)solution and 50 μmol·L-1,100 μmol·L-1,200 μmol·L-1 melatonin(MT)solution for foliar spraying,and the control was foliar spraying of water,to study the effects on the sugar and acid content of apple fruits and quality-related indexes.[Results]Both exogenous GA3 and MT treatments at appropriate concentrations significantly im-proved the fruit quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2',with 200mg/L GA3 treatment showing the most significant performance.Compared with the CK control group,the quality of single fruit was enhanced by 17.20%;the transverse and longitudinal di-ameters of fruit were enhanced by 31%and 17.7%,respectively;the hardness and crispness of flesh were enhanced by 9.72%and 18.50%,respectively;the contents of sucrose,fructose,glucose,sorbitol,and total sugar were all enhanced;and the fruit coloring effect,the sweetness value,and the sugar-acid ratio were significantly enhanced.[Conclusion]Foliar spraying of'Nagano Fuji No.2'with 200mg/L GA3 solution significantly improved fruit economic traits such as single fruit quality,col-or difference,soluble solids content,increased sucrose,fructose,glucose,sorbitol,and organic acid content in apple fruit,in-creased sugar-acid ratio and fruit sweetness,and thus improved fruit quality.关键词
