Abstract
Shanghan Lun was compiled by Zhang Zhongjing during the Eastern Han Dynasty,proposing a diagnostic and treatment system for exogenous diseases centered on the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,which has had a profound impact on modern medicine.The"stroke"in the text refers not only to the name of the disease but also encompasses the connotations of its etiology and pathogenesis.The syndrome differentiation of six channels theory provides an important theoretical basis for the classification and treatment of stroke.This article systematically analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical classification,and treatment strategies of stroke based on the syndrome differentiation of six channels system of Shanghan Lun,aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the clinical treatment of modern stroke.关键词
