不同裸燕麦品种的种子萌发期抗旱性鉴定与评价
Identification and Evaluation of Drought Tolerance of Different Ruderal Oat Varieties at Germination Stage

Abstract
In order to screen drought-resistant ruderal oat germplasm resources,10 ruderal oat varieties from Ulanqab region were used as materials,and seed germination experiment was conducted by using PEG-6000 solution to simulate drought stress,with sterile water as the control,and the relevant indicators during the seed germination period were determined,and comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance was carried out by fuzzy mathematical affiliation function method.Results showed that under simulated drought stress using 15%PEG-6000 solution,the root tips of Wuyou 1,Landrace variety,and Baiyan 2 were longer and the decline rate was lower;the cotyledons of Naked Oats,Landrace variety,and Small Naked Oats were longer and the decline rate was lower;the germination potential and germination rate decline rates of Landrace variety and Naked Oats were both less than 30%.Under drought stress,the plant fresh weight of Wuyou 1 was the highest at 48.71 g/10 plants,with the smallest decrease in fresh weight(29.01%),with Landrace variety came next(43.09%).The dry weight of Bayou 9 was the highest at 11.39 g/10 plants,with the smallest decrease(31.09%),followed by the Landrace variety(32.05%).The comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance by the membership function method,from strong to weak,were ranked as Landrace variety,Wuyou 1,Naked Oats,Bayou 1,Small Naked Oats,Baiyan 2,Pin 7,Mengyan 2,Bayou 9,Bayou 18.In conclusion,Landrace variety,Wuyou 1 and Naked Oats all showed strong drought resistance under drought stress,and would provide important germplasm resources for the local drought-resistant breeding of ruderal oats.关键词
