双碳目标下河北省县域粮食种植生态效率测度及时空演化特征分析
Measurement of Ecological Efficiency and Spatio-Temporal Evolution Characteristics of Grain Planting in Counties of Hebei Province under the Dual Carbon Goals

Abstract
Hebei Province is one of the significant grain production bases in China.The measurement of the e-cological efficiency of grain planting,and revealing the ecological efficiency and spatio-temporal characteristics of grain planting in each county of Hebei Province,which is of great guiding significance for optimizing the grain production structure and enhancing ecological benefits.Based on the non-point source data of 168 counties in Hebei Province from 2011 to 2021,the super-efficiency SBM model was adopted,and based on the inclu-sion of carbon emissions(non-expected output)and Matlab R2021a software,the ecological efficiency of grain planting,the county-level mean of grain production efficiency,and the county-level coefficient of variation in different regions of Hebei Province were calculated.Spatio-temporal visualization analysis was carried out with the aid of ArcGIS 10.7 software.The results showed that the ecological efficiency of grain planting in counties of Hebei Province showed a downward trend,presenting a changing pattern of fluctuating decline-rapid in-crease-sharp decline.The average value of ecological efficiency in grain planting at the county level had an inverse relationship with the coefficient of variation at the county level.With the increase of ecological effi-ciency in grain planting and the continuous improve-ment of agricultural level,the regional differences a-mong counties gradually decreased.The ecological ef-ficiency of grain planting in the eastern,northern,central and southern regions of Hebei Province had declined to varying degrees,with the reduction range being in the southern region>the northern region>the eastern region>the central region.The production efficiency of grain cultivation in the northern and southern regions of Hebei Province performed well in some years.Moreover,the fluctuation in the southern region was greater.The overall efficiency in the central and eastern regions of Hebei Province was relatively low,and the stability in the central region was relatively better.The high-level areas of ecological efficiency in grain cultivation had e-volved from patchy distribution in the northeast to point-like distribution in the middle.The number of medium and high-level areas had decreased,while the proportion of low-level areas had increased and formed a contin-uous belt from the middle to the south.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed such as strengthen-ing policy guidance and coordinated regional development,promoting balanced spatial development to optimize a-gricultural layout,and optimizing agricultural production methods to reduce carbon emissions.关键词
